The Hummingbird
Went out on a limb with this one. Was afraid my Cherry Heering was too oxidized. The only difference I could tell was the color. I was afraid this would be too dry but if anything I over corrected and added too much simple syrup. Overall a delicious cocktail.
- 1 3/4 oz Tequila
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Cherry Heering
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 egg white
