Well balanced and tasty. I’ve been on somewhat of a Gin streak recently and will have to experiment with more Gimlet variations.
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
