Found another new ingredient so time to review the books again. This time it’s for Fernet. On my first taste I think Fernet is a softer Amaro adding a subtler herbal flavor.
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Fernet
