I thought this would be a take on an old fashioned but it isn’t sweet. Just enough mezcal and absinthe to play nicely together.

  • 1 3/4 oz Rum
  • 2 Tsp Mezcal
  • 2 Tsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tsp Absinthe
  • 2 Dash bitters
