I thought this would be a take on an old fashioned but it isn’t sweet. Just enough mezcal and absinthe to play nicely together.
- 1 3/4 oz Rum
- 2 Tsp Mezcal
- 2 Tsp Maple Syrup
- 2 Tsp Absinthe
- 2 Dash bitters
