Ending the summer with a classic. There are as many recipes as days in the summer but I choose the one from Joy of Mixology. Gave me the opportunity to use my new Lewis Bags for crushing ice and my home grown mint.

- 3 Tsp Sugar
- 8 Mint Leaves
- Soda Water
