I finally got a bar mat to contain my spills. Right on cue I dripped multiple times. But it was worth it for this cocktail. I has a gorgeous color and a velvety texture. The cinnamon syrup pulls out the spice of the Angostura while the rye provides a great base.

  • 1 oz Rye
  • 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Angostura Bitters
  • 1/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
