I find that maple syrup gets lost in a cocktail. I can’t quite taste the maple over the sour of the lemon juice and the fruit flavors from the orange juice and applejack. This is a solid sour that’s a little more complex then a simple whiskey sour.

  • 2 oz Applejack
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Maple Syrup
