I was paging through the Savoy Coctail book looking for inspiration when I came across this gem. I struggle with converting “dashes” to ounces but I figured that three dashed made a 1/4 ounce, especially with grenadine and lemon juice. Use a good gin and vermouth as those flavors dominate.

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Apricot Brandy
• 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/4 oz Grenadine
• 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
