It never ceases to amaze me how potent peaty scotch can be. I think this needed a little more strawberry.

• 1 Strawberry
• 1 1/4 oz Scotch
• 1/4 oz Peated Scotch
• 1 oz Dry Vermouth
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Dash bitters
