Moving along the Gin theme I pulled this simple cocktail from the Joys of Mixology. More sour than sweet, the lemon overwhelms the amaretto.

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Amaretto
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • Dash of Angostura bitters
