The recipe from Savoy called for 1/2 part gin, 1/2 part Cointreau and a dash of Grape Juice. So what is 3 dashes? I went with a 1/4 oz and was happy with the result. The Milk & Honey gin stood up well to the other two sweet ingredients.

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1/4 oz Grape Juice
