This cocktail fools you into thinking it will be smoky. There is enough sweet to cover most of the smoke. It starts of feeling smoky with the aroma but the first sip is cloyingly sweet with both honey and cherry notes. The peat finally breaks through at the end with a lingering smoky flavor.
- 3/4 oz Islay Scotch
- 3/4 oz Maraschino
- 3/4 oz Drambuie
- 3/4 oz Lemon
