I shouldn’t be surprised how well Mezcal and Absinthe play together. I don’t usually use fresh squeezed orange juice and this cocktail made me question that practice for the first time.

• 2 oz Mezcal
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 1/4 oz Lime Juice
• 1/4 oz Absinthe
• 1/4 oz Grenadine
• 1/4 oz Cointreau
