A short hiatus from both mixology and puzzling ends tonight. I’ve been meaning to make honey syrup for a while now and I’m glad I finally spent the time. Honey syrup is much easier to work with then straight honey. The honey adds a nice sweetness to this “honey daiquiri”.

  • 2 oz Rum
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Honey Syrup
