After a hiatus I turned to this straightforward cocktail from Frederic Yarm. The dark fruits of the Cherry Heering are enhanced by the Amaro and the smokiness of the Mezcal adds dimension. I need to work on my garnish game. I’m sure I can find some how to videos on youtube.

• 1 oz Amaro
• 1 oz Cherry Heering
• 1 oz Lime Juice
