This was a nice drink. It has a bunch of sour but plenty of sweet to balance. I added a bit too much ginger ale as a topper but it created a wonderful foam top. I’d love to try this again but with ginger beer instead of ginger ale.

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1/4 oz Apricot Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Orgeat
  • Ginger Ale
