Stirred not shaken. There is something beautiful about a clear cocktail. This one is a botanical martini with bitters.

  • 1 1/2 oz Old Tom Gin
  • 1 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1/4 oz Maraschino
  • 2 dashes Bitters
