I inaugurated a new bottle of Angostura bitters with a cocktail that called for 1/4 of an ounce! When I first read the recipe I thought it was a typo but it turns out such recipes do exist. The cocktail was not nearly as bitter as I would have thought, with a slight cinnamon tinge
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/4 oz Campari
- 1/4 oz Angostura Bitters
- 1 Tsp Simple Syrup
