I continue the stirred not shaken streak. The Black Sail is aptly name with a dark color and dark flavor notes. The cinnamon from the syrup blends wonderfully with the nuttiness of the amaro. The bourbon provides the punch and they lemon zest gives it a tiny bit of brightness.

• 1.5 oz Bourbon
• 1/2 oz Amaro
• 1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
• 2-3 dashes Bitters
