A chilly day here in NYC so I choose a Mezcal cocktail for the warming smokiness. Even with three sweet ingredients the mezcal dominates. If you like mezcal you will like this cocktail.
- 1 oz Mezcal
- 1 oz Rum
- 1/4 oz Drambuie
- 1/4 oz Demerara Syrup
