I started going through the PDT Cocktail book tonight. With the various ingredient constrains I tend to go through a book and mark interesting and available cocktails for future reference. I wanted to start using up my homemade orgeat before it starts to turn.

• 1 oz Blended Scotch Whiskey
• 1 oz Irish Whiskey
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Orgeat
