Day two of Succot/Etrog themed cocktails. The receipe did not specify if you were supposed to muddle the jalapeno. I chose not to muddle and it was a mistake. The result did not have nearly enough halapeno flavor. First time I did a salt rim and I need practice.

  • 2 oz Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz Etrog Liquor
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 slices Jalapeno
  • Splace of Agave Syrup
